For our reopening weekend, we are proud to celebrate 130 years of culinary excellence at Le Cordon Bleu. To mark the occasion, we are delighted to introduce our new Executive Chef Isabelle Alexandre, who will be joined by Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Cuisine Chef Instructor, Chef Atifa Prinsloo in presenting a special four-hands menu on September 19 & 20.
Chef Atifa will lead the creation of the main course, bringing her culinary expertise to the forefront of this celebration. The menu will conclude with an elegant dessert crafted by Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Head Chef Instructor, Chef Yann Le Coz, ensuring that each course reflects the artistry and precision that define Le Cordon Bleu's 130th Anniversary Events worldwide.
