New at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa! Introducing the Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts 

This Diploma focuses on crafting dishes solely from plants, providing a creative repertoire of product knowledge, skills, and recipes. Within the programme students will explore a wide range of vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, grains and pulses, gaining expert knowledge on ingredient varieties and innovative culinary uses. The programme has been designed to provide specialised culinary education for the growing demand for vegan, vegetarian and plant-based restaurants and products.

France Alumni Day: Le Cordon Bleu Paris celebrates its alumni

"France Alumni Day" will take place from 13 to 28 May 2023 at the initiative of Campus France. Two weeks of events are organized around the world to celebrate the international student experience in France. On this occasion, Le Cordon Bleu Paris celebrate the outstanding achievements of its alumni.

Patisserie Students Tackle the Croquembouche

The Croquembouche is one of the most impressive (and delicious) traditional French desserts. Our patisserie students start the day watching our head chef patisserie lecturer Sebastien Lambert assemble a croquembouche in our demonstration kitchen. They are then given a small break to process and prepare for their very own attempt.
