Diploma Students Graduation

The highly excited voices of 24 graduates from our Diplome De Commis Cuisinier and Diplome De Commis Pattisier Programmes filled the air at the Bahamas room of Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa. 5 Chefs from the Institute awarded the Diploma awards witness by 100 parents and guests at the last graduation of the year 2016. Alumni Participation at Star Education Fair 

At the Star Education fair held recently, 2 Alumni were invited  to assist us to promote the school at our booth over the 2 days. Chef Su En, our top pastry graduate guided many curious students to craft marzipan roses on site whilst Chef Arief delivered demonstrations on how to make and plate ratatouille....

Student Activity – Market Visit

A wet market visit at one of the local markets in Kuala Lumpur was conducted for new students who started Term 1 with us recently. Many were awed by the numerous varieties of local ingredient offerings in this part of the world  and they had the opportunity to taste these ingredients at the market itself.
