Our Master Chefs Penisular Roadshow

The first weekend of December saw two of our Master Chefs heading north along both coasts of the Peninsula to conduct demonstrations to enthusiastic school children, in conjunction with AUG Education Fairs in both Penang and Kuantan. The cooking demonstrations and subsequent tasting of the recipes were well received by many of the attending school children, who were keen to learn more about culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu and pick up a tip or two along the way. The school children also enjoyed having their photos taken alongside the Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs – a great memento of the day!

Lifestyle Workshops

Our chefs delivered workshops to eager attendants who would like to learn how to handle and prepare food. All participants went home delighted with the food they prepared and thank chefs for a such a detail and attentive learning experience which they can only obtained from Le Cordon Bleu Institute.

Manequins Video Fun!!!

Our cuisine level 1 students and chef had taken on the mannequin challenge in their class where their actions and expressions stood still. You can see the passion, anxiety and eagerness all in that challenge. What a fun day of lesson.
