Visa Wellington On A Plate Wellington's biggest culinary festival

Throughout the month of August, more than 100 boundary-pushing Visa Wellington On A Plate (WOAP) events will take over some of the best restaurants, venues, and eateries in the city.
Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand is delighted to be part of Visa Wellington On A Plate and will be hosting four events including a chef collaboration with Keigo Tamura.

Alumni Success Mariah Grace

Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand graduate Mariah Grace originated from Singapore and came to Wellington to study at Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand for the three-year Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business, she is now the owner of Grace Patisserie the home of beautifully crafted house-made French pastries and desserts, and stunning bespoke celebration cakes for every occasion.
Mariah was recently featured in an excellent write up by prominent food writer David Burton. The article explains her success in mastering the notoriously tricky art of canele making!
