Le Cordon Bleu are excited to be hosting an online culinary demonstration for the region of South Asia.
Join Le Cordon Bleu London Master Pâtissier, Nicolas Houchet, as he demonstrates a fantastic Raspberry and Chocolate Chouquette recipe. This recipe highlights many of the techniques taught on Le Cordon Bleu's Diplôme de Pâtisserie, which can be applied to a multitude of diverse pastry dishes.
You will receive a list of the required equipment and ingredients in advance of the demonstration so you can even cook along at home.
