Pick up procedures:

Hygiene:

  • Our team will be adhering to established COVID-19 sanitary procedures to ensure your safety and theirs.
  • The Valentine’s Dinner will be packaged in a box for easy transportation. Please make room in your trunk for your order!

When you arrive at Signatures Restaurant:

  • Enter Signatures Restaurant u-shaped driveway as marked when you arrive at your selected time.
  • You will be greeted by a staff member at the awning in front of our building.
  • For contactless pick up, please have your order ID number and name ready to show through the window (a printed copy or the electronic version from your mobile phone).
  • Once our staff confirms your name and order number, please open the trunk of your car. If you are unable to do it automatically from within your car, we will request you to step out of the vehicle, open it and return inside.
  • Our delivery staff will proceed to put your order inside the trunk. After staff closes your trunk, you will be guided to the exit of the premises.

Light the fire with the finest examples of French cuisine prepared by our Executive Chef Yannick Anton with the help of our Chefs from Le Cordon Bleu. This exquisite three course fine-dining meal is the perfect way to express how much you appreciate the love you are given! Make your romantic dinner complete by selecting a succulent wine from our recommended wine list. Sparkling Wines:

Terre Gaie is a high quality and lively Prosecco made from estate grown fruit from the best hillside area of the Veneto Prosecco zone. It is zesty and has a proper brut-style dryness while being fruit. Straw-yellow color with greenish tints. Fresh and delicate bouquet with fruity aromas and hints of apple. Palate is very fine and persistent while quite elegant and lively.

This is a very tasty, rich, golden hued, well aged chardonnay-based sparkler with an involved nose of cashew, baked apple, nougat and honey. It is almost creamy in texture with fine mousse and very good acidity providing counterpoint. There is pleasant nutty bitterness on the finish, length is excellent."

White Wines:

Reminiscent of a Chardonnay but lighter and fresher. Medium finish, zesty medium acidity.  Similar style to Sauvignon Blanc, a glass of classic Sardinia Vermentino will offer up lively aromas of pear, white peach, lime and pink grapefruit with subtle notes of crushed rocks and citrus zest. On the palate, Vermentino is almost always dry and somewhat oily with flavors of grapefruit and citrus, with a crushed rocky minerality and saltiness. On the finish, it can be a bit snappy with bitterness similar to the taste of grapefruit pith or, if it’s on the riper side, fresh almond. A wonderful wine to match with medium-weight dishes that play with rich herbs and spices and fennel-spiced pork sausages.

Very aromatic with overtones of white flowers, apricot, white peach. This full-bodied wine has low acidity, which makes it really easy to drink by its own. Flavours of peaches, quince, pear, melon and pineapple flavors tinged with cinnamon and brown sugar and some waxy lanolin that make the palate quite complex for the price.

Red Wines

100% Delicious smashed cherry skins, crunchy acidity and fresh vibrant intensity. But beneath all the fresh red flowers and sweet talc on the nose there is a fine whiff of wet rocks and autumn. Tannins are chalky, soft and plump. This true Vieilles Vignes Burgundy has killer finesse and an insane quaffable quality that makes it a dangerous wine.
Made from typical regional varietals, this cuvee maximises its fresh factor with inviting    notes of kirsh, mild spices, licorice and flowers. This dry cherry-red coloured wine features medium spicy, fruity and vegetal scents and offers a broad texture as well as smooth tannins.

Speciality wines from our cellar to your table:

Bright, wide, floral, also a pyrazine component, but one that fades to leave a floral impression. Bigger, silkier wine, good dimension of flavour, a little tannin in the middle, and then a long, lingering finish. A tasty wine indeed.
This red wine offers a generous bouquet where the dominant vanilla combines with mocha and black fruits while showing roundness and fat. The palate reveals a beautiful structure with silky tannins. Bouquet of vanilla, mocha and black fruits Roundness and silky tannins
A deep red in the glass introduces aromas of pure cherries and plums accented with spice, graphite, eucalyptus and licorice. Warm and dry character with firm tannins balanced by a fresh and gentle acidity. A unique soil composition with blue clay translates in a wine with a powerful elegance.

Unique “Checkmate Series”  from the Okanagan Valley, B.C.:

This is more classic New World chardonnay with complex powerful fruit, buttery notes and well-integrated, stylish oak. Cutting through all that is a mineral, savoury Okanagan undercurrent. A bit old-style if you like, but with a much subtler touch. Only eight barrels made.

A complex, lifted nose, showcasing sassafras, spices, roasted meat aromas and aromatic oak. The palate is rich, with savoury notes, good weight, firm tannins and immense length.

Q: Is the dinner comparable to the cuisine of Signature Restaurant dining?
A: Yes. Your romantic meal will be prepared by Signatures Restaurant Executive Chef Yannick Anton with the help from our world-renown pastry and cuisine Chefs from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute.

Q: Can I make changes to the ingredients/plates or order a different serving size?
A: No. Due to high volume, we are not able to accommodate modifications of any kind.

Q: Can I pay with a gift card??
A: Online payment accepts credit card and debit card. For gift card payment the customer must call (613) 755-2374 for processing.

Q: Are the ingredients completely the same as written on your website?
A: Due to high demand, some ingredients may not be freshly available every time. Signatures Restaurant may compensate some ingredients that are not available with a similar ingredient of the highest quality. You will be contacted if such a case is occurring.

Q: Is the dinner served hot?
A: Our dinners are cooked the same day of your pick up. You will need to re-heat into an oven following our printed instructions (comes in pick up box).

Q: Can I get an order for 3 or more people?
A: We only are offering and cooking one options of sizes. It is based on full dinner package for two people. We cannot accommodate any other size portions.

Q: Is the dinner nut free?
A: No, it is not. The food is prepared in environment where nuts were handled.

Q: Is there gluten in the dinner?
A: Yes. Our gravy is thickened with flour, appetizer is accompanied with bread, etc..



Q: What temperature will the beef tenderloin wellington be cooked? Can I order to my own preference?

A: As per the recipe. rossini beef tenderloin wellington will be cooked medium to medium-rare. If you would like it well cooked, you can keep it in the oven for a longer duration during reheating.

Q:  Are the vegetables and potatoes vegetarian?
A:  Yes, they are not cooked with any kind of stock.  

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: There is no option to cancel once you have placed your order. Your order confirms your intent regardless of the change of conditions of the COVID19 pandemic.

Q: Can I order alcohol only?
A: Provincial law requires at least one food item to be purchased with any take out alcohol.

Q: Can anyone pick up order?

A: If the order includes wine, the person picking up the order must be 19 years or older and show ID.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: There is no option to cancel once you have placed your order. Your order confirms your intent regardless of the change of conditions of the COVID19 pandemic.
