Is the Signatures kitchen run by Le Cordon Bleu students?
No. Signatures is a fine dining experience led by Chef Isabelle Alexandre and executed by a professional kitchen team, who have been hand-picked for their various roles. Le Cordon Bleu alumni do have an opportunity to apply for our Signatures positions, and are often prioritized due to their high-level training.
Does Signatures have a patio?
The patio closed on September 13, 2025, with the end of terrace season. Join us again next summer to experience it once more.
When is Signatures open?
Starting Friday, September 19, Signatures Restaurant reopens for dinner every Friday & Saturday evening, from 5pm. Follow our social media for all updates. The team is dedicated to answer all your questions at signatures@cordonbleu.edu
Is parking available at Signatures? Is it free?
We have FREE parking available in our lot on the west side of the mansion, with the entrance off Laurier Avenue East at the intersection of Range Road. Patrons can also be dropped off right at the door in the driveway at the front of the mansion.
Is Signatures wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We have a lift in our back parking lot by the patio. If you require assistance please email us so we can operate it.
Are there tours of the facilities available?

Do you facilitate weddings or other events at Signatures?
Signatures is an ideal venue for weddings, as well as for a wide variety of private events, corporate events and other group functions. We can accommodate a range of function sizes, and we're flexible in terms of the nature of your event - from stand-up hors d'oeuvres and cocktail parties to full, formal sit-down dinners.
