On the 5th of September, chef Gianni Spadafora, executive pastry chef at Philippe Conticini, will be the featured chef for Superior Pastry. In addition, Norihisa Semboshi, a Le Cordon Bleu Paris alumni and current executive chef at the Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris will be giving a cuisine demonstration on the 11th of September to Superior Cuisine and Plant Based students.
