Wine and Management Programme

Why choose the Wine and Management Programme?

Discover the world of wine, with an expert, through 10 months of practical and theory classes including 3 internships (ex: harvest internship). Franck Ramage, Wine Department Manager at Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute, tells you everything about the Wine and Management Programme. The Programme, which takes place in Paris, brings together “the best parts of existing training programmes in France”. Why Paris? It is a strategic decision according to Franck Ramage because Paris is where the greatest concentration of sommeliers in the world can be found and the greatest concentration of expertise in wine industry professions.
