New Boulangerie Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu Rio de Janeiro

In 2019, the Diplôme Boulangerie of the Rio de Janeiro will be part of the school's fixed yearly calendar. The Boulangerie Diplôme will be divided into two certificates: Basic Boulangerie Certificate and Advanced Boulangerie Certificate.  The Diploma will have an average of 264 hours per certificate, having aproximately 4 months of duration.
