A Warm Welcome to our New Chef instructors

We welcome 2 new chefs into the Le Cordon Bleu family in Malaysia recently. Chef Stéphane Frelon who lived in Canada for almost 15 years was with our Ottawa School and taught the Cuisine programme. He had no qualms taking up the vacant position in Malaysia when the opportunity arises and said he was glad to escape the Winter and love the Sun.

Chef Sarju Ranavaya who hails from London was an alumnus of our school in London who holds a Diplome in Patisserie a decade ago. Being very excited about coming to Malaysia where it offers a potpourri of cuisine, says our Indian food is very "spicy". We look forward to working with our 2 new chefs to bring the school to new heights in the years to come.
