Le Cordon Bleu opens a second location in Paris with a new gourmet workshop space at the Hôtel de la Marine

On the 18th of January 2024, Le Cordon Bleu celebrated the opening of its new space dedicated to gastronomy at the Hôtel de la Marine, located on Place de la Concorde not far from the Louvre, where the institute offers gourmet and wine workshops for all levels, as well as numerous experiences such as culinary demonstrations, dinner workshops, tastings, tea time, team-building activities and private events.

Bakery World Cup:
Le Cordon Bleu Chef Instructor leads the French team to victory

Le Cordon Bleu Paris participated in the Sirha Europain trade show from January 21 to 24. These 4 days were punctuated by fabulous culinary demonstrations led by our Le Cordon Bleu Masterchefs, Chefs Hoël, Boudot and Bardet. During this event, the Bakery World Cup took place, and the team representing France, coached by Le Cordon Bleu Chef Bardet, won 1st place! Congratulations to Chef Bardet and the team representing France in this competition!
