Le Cordon Bleu Paris launches a new programme, the Diploma in Culinary Management.
This 3-month training programme, especially designed for our alumni and all trained chefs, provides all the tools for those who aspire to own a food business or achieve a managerial position within the restaurant industry.

The curriculum focuses on advanced culinary skills (modern / molecular / multi-sensory techniques), gastronomy, creativity (creating recipes), business and restaurant management (designing menus, costing, floor management and managing supply chain).

Next intake: 8 January 2018
