Demonstration: The Art of Cooking like a Chef

Join one of the Le Cordon Bleu Paris’ Chef Instructors for a cooking demonstration on The Art of Cooking like a Chef. On the menu: Garden Pineapple tomato, burrata with pomegranate & raspberry pesto, smoked octopus. Roasted rack of lamb with a parsley crust, pearled jus, courgette marmalade cooked with curry, fresh almonds, and mint.

"Creole Cuisine" Workshop

An exquisite fusion of cultures and flavours that come together to offer an unforgettable culinary experience, the 'Creole Cuisine' Workshop will transport you to the tropical islands of the Caribbean and the Indian Ocean to discover rich and varied flavours. On the menu: Salt cod roasted with lemongrass, okra with dried tomato and green chili & Soft coconut meringues (kisses) with citrus.

On the menu: Sardinian fregola with preserved lemon, semi-dried tomato quarters, fried black olives ; Oven baked whole John Dory à la Provençale & Lemon tart like in Nice.
