Perfect Pork Cooking with Tasty Sauces
Come and join us for our steak workshop “Perfect Pork Cooking and Tasty Sauces”. Participants will learn about the different cuts of meat from the pork, understand how to prepare them for cooking, and learn how to prepare a rare, medium and well-done steak for different tastes. Students will also learn the correct techniques and temperatures for cooking premium steaks and prepare white & brown stocks and sauces such as:
- Green Peppercorn sauce
- Gribiche sauce
- Spanish sauce
Also the students will learn how to make the puffed potatoes – Pomme Soufflées for a perfect side dish as well. This workshop and our Chef’s expertise will help you prepare and cook the perfect steak for all occasions. You will end your day with these delicious steak dishes cooked by our chef in class with a glass of wine.
