              Chef Roberto Cimmino, our Italian Chef Instructor will share the secrets of how to make homemade pasta dough using natural coloring from egg, tomato and spinach and making different shapes of fresh pasta in the class: Tagliatelle, Fettuccine and Farfalle (a bow-tie shaped pasta).

              Chef will teach you step by step while your hands full of flour and dough to create your own pasta to be tossed with Southern Italian Seafood Sauce. 

              Come and enjoy how to turn yourself into a wonderful pasta-maker.
