A 3-hour workshop teaching you all you need to know about making the perfect “individual cake” in a dome shape. If you love sweeties and coconut aroma in your desserts, then this recipe will give you all the techniques you need to assemble this modern dessert. Participants will learn how to make the biscuit, coconut, chocolate mousse, marshmallow and glazing for the layers and chocolate decorations.
At the end of the workshop, you will enjoy tasting your Le Bounty and you can even take them home to share with your family and friends and show them your Culinary Workshop Certificate!
