New! Come and join us for a 'Classic Pork Cooking’, this workshop is a great way to learn how to prepare the best pork meat for cooking. The workshop includes a demonstration and hands-on activities. It will show you how to cook different kinds of pork at the best temperatures to create the tastiest pork recipes. Students will make 3 classic menus and learn to cook tender and juicy pork such as:-
- Pork Neck Stewed
- Pan-fried pork-rolled with aromatic herbs (Côtes Premières)
- Slow-cooked (Côtes secondes)
