Our expert Pâtissier will guide you through the culinary creative journey, where you will discover how to make gingerbread dough, design a template for the house, cut out the correct shapes, then bake and glaze.

Learn how to decorate your gingerbread house by preparing royal icing for piping and embellishments. Finish off with chocolate and edible decorations for a fabulous gingerbread creation that is sure to delight at Christmas!
