This 1-day practical, patisserie workshop will teach the art of making perfect choux pastry, as you create classic French items such as:
  • Éclairs
  • Choux puffs
  • Religieuse
  • Paris-Brest

Our Pâtissier will guide you through the steps of pastry making, baking, piping skills, fondant tempering and preparing decadent creams to garnish your creations.
