Basic & Artisan Breads


Explore the art of bread making with our master Baker who will teach you the process of making delicious artisan bread in this 2-day specialty course.

Learn how to create chemical free natural bread to delight your senses using only four fundamental ingredients: organic flour, water, salt and yeast.

Understand the difference between sourdough and leavened, rye and wholegrain.

Work with fresh yeast to create your own sourdough starter and produce a delicious range of handmade breads.

Join us in our commercial kitchen for two immersive days to learn the art of preparation, proving and baking artisan breads.

Take home a selection of freshly baked breads for your enjoyment, and all the recipes from class.
