Our culinary expert will teach you everything you need to know to make your next cocktail party a stand-out success.

Starting in our commercial kitchen, you will prepare a selection of mouth-watering canapés, followed by a training session in the bar to explore the mysteries of mixology, and creating innovative cocktails to impress.

End the day on a high note by enjoying the fruits of your labours, sipping on cocktails and sampling your creative canapés. With these skills you'll be the Queen or King of every party for a long time to come!

  • Le Cordon Bleu Gourmet Short Courses reserves the right to alter or cancel a class. A refund will be provided upon class cancellation

Le Cordon Bleu Gourmet Short Courses are non-accredited / non-award courses. Participants receive a Certificate of Participation from Le Cordon Bleu CordonTec.
