Admission Guide

Le Cordon Bleu provided an ultimate training in French culinary education with more than 120 years. Le Cordon Bleu is a world renowned network of educational institutions dedicated to providing the highest level of culinary and hospitality instruction through world class programmes. Le Cordon Bleu is considered to be the guardian of French culinary technique through its culinary programs that continue to preserve and pass on the mastery and appreciation of the culinary arts that have been the cornerstone of French gastronomy for over 500 years. Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy is the official international campus located in Korea. Through demonstrations and practical classes, we provide students with the skills, knowledge and hands on experience that help set them apart in the competitive food industry. At this event you will have the opportunity to attend two short demonstrations, tour the school, meet our distinguished Chefs and discover what Le Cordon Bleu has to offer you. Please note that this event is for prospective students who are interested in our Certificate of Diploma programmes only. We welcome you and one guest.

  • Prospective students must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Must have completed high school or equivalent

Application Process

  • Choose course and term you wish to start and submit the application by visit, mail or apply online
  • Assessed by the Admission team
  • Admission fee must be paid within 1 week
  • After accepted, all tuitions must be paid fully no less than four weeks prior to the commencement of the course.
  • Attend at the orientation
    ** All prospective students must start from initiation or basic level, no matter how many years of relevant work experiences have. **
