              At Le Cordon Bleu in Rio de Janeiro students can take the traditional diplomas that are part of the international curriculum such as: Le Grand Diplôme, Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie; and the certificates of Cuisine and Pâtisserie divided into the basic, intermediate and advanced classes.

              Cordontec Program

              The campus is the only one in Brazil that offers Cordontec Program a course aimed at students seeking to develop the skills, knowledge and professional application of Cuisine and Patisserie.

              With duration of a period up two years, Cordontec is an unique “Restaurant Application” competency based learning program.

              Scholarships

              Le Cordon Bleu Rio de Janeiro dedicates vacancies of the Cordontec Program courses as scholarships for students designated by FAETEC and selected by Le Cordon Bleu Rio de Janeiro. It is a school project designed to give Rio's students the opportunity to have new inspirations in life.
