Professional Experience is a component of various Le Cordon Bleu programs in which students gain valuable work experience as part of their training. These experiences vary in length and assignment according to program requirements, but are usually between 3 to 6 months.
At Le Cordon Bleu, we understand that workplace experience is a critical factor for students when applying for a job.
Through our Professional Development service, students who are enrolled in one of degree programs will spend one semester each year in a world-class environment for practical training.
Those undertaking our culinary course may spend one semester during their studies.
Placements may be completed in a variety of settings such as hotels, resorts, conventions, restaurants and more.
