              Le Cordon Bleu’s gastronomic tourism degree explores the connection between gastronomy – the multidisciplinary study of the world of food, flavour, culture and cuisine – and tourism – the business of promoting the pleasurable aspects of a travel destination, which is intrinsically linked to the food and hospitality offered in that location. Students with internet access can study the degree from Perth, connecting with other individuals world-wide who are passionate about culinary tourism.

              This online qualification integrates the principles of gastronomy and food culture into the applied business practises relevant to tourism, such as business and events management, marketing and digital media.               Le Cordon Bleu Australia offers an exciting annual scholarship programme to Australian and international students, and industry/media professionals. Scholarships range from $5,000 to $30,000 and apply to study programmes across the culinary arts, hospitality and gastronomy.
