Discover the origins and essence of French cooking through a 2 day regional cuisine course with demonstrations followed by practical classes. Le Cordon Bleu Chefs teach you how subtle blends of flavours differentiate the different regions of France such as Provence, Normandy, Alsace, Basque Country, Burgundy and more.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Uniform included: tea towel and apron.
Approx. 6 hours of class per day.
