Le Cordon Bleu Paris offers various culinary arts programmes: Grand Diplôme®, Cuisine Diploma, Pastry Diploma and Boulangerie Diploma.

Intensive sessions have the same curriculum as the standard sessions.

DUGGAT - Advanced Studies in Gastronomy

The educational programme HEG (Advanced Studies in Gastronomy) is aimed at all those gastronomy enthusiasts keen to go beyond the know-how and skills which command the world of food.

Le Cordon Bleu Paris offers two Bachelor of Business programmes in the Culinary Arts and International Hospitality Management fields, a Wine and Management Programme  for future managers.
