The Secrets of Choux Pastry workshop covers the subject of choux pastry and takes place in a room, which is perfectly equipped for pastry, in central Paris.
Each participant is guided by a professional pastry Chef as they carry out each step necessary for making choux pastry. Taking part in our “The Secrets of Choux Pastry” workshop will furnish you with expertise and teach you fundamental pastry skills.
After the pastry Chef’s demonstration, the participants will go over all the different steps for making choux pastry, with the Chef on hand to give excellent advice.
At the end of each lesson, each participant can take everything they have made home with them to delight their friends and family. The choux pastry workshop is suitable for all: beginners, pastry enthusiasts or experts and those with advanced culinary skills.

All short courses are taught in French and translated into English.
