Macaroon Workshop presentation
Our Macaroon Workshop takes place in the centre of the capital in a modern room equipped with modern utensils and is perfectly suited to learning the most meticulous of culinary techniques.
Under the guidance of a renowned pastry Chef, each participant will learn how to make these famous delicacies, with their rounded shell, to perfection. In a studious but relaxed atmosphere, you will make the macaroon recipe step by step after listening to the advice of the pastry Chef.
This workshop is for beginners who are fans of this famous Parisian delicacy and want to learn how to make them themselves. They can, of course, ask for the help of the pastry Chef when and if necessary, but they will have the pleasure and satisfaction of making their very own macaroons.
Four recipes are tackled in the Macaroon workshop in order to give participants the possibility to make delicious macaroons in a variety of flavours, depending on the season. The pastry session lasts six hours in total. At the end of the Macaroon Workshop, each "pastry apprentice" leaves with, approximately 60 macaroons, they have made.
