Culinary trip to Indonesia with Chef William Wongso

William W. Wongso, culinary expert, restaurateur, author of numerous books and consultant, will introduce you to the different flavours of his country. Nicknamed the Paul Bocuse of Indonesia by L'Asian Week magazine, here are the specialities he will present during this demonstration:

- Asinan Buah Jakarta: Jakarta’s pickled fruit salad
- Rendang Kambing cincang: Minced lamb rendang
- Martabak Kambing dengan Kulit Lumpia: Lamb egg omelette with spring roll pastry
- Soto Betawi: Betawi beef coconut milk soup
