On 24th May 2018, we are delighted to welcome two chefs from Le Cordon Bleu Mexico who will be hosting this unique workshop on Mexican cuisine.

During this 3 hours course, you will prepare two traditional Mexican dishes made with local ingredients and discover some unique Mexican flavours. By attending this workshop you will benefit from Chefs Aldo Omar Morales and Cédric Carême's wealth of experience and their undeniable passion for food.

  • Pork Loin with Mole and Chicatana Ants
  • Three Milk Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream


All short courses are taught in French and consecutively translated into English by a translator. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Apron, tea towel and cooler bag “Le Cordon Bleu” are offered.
