An expert sommelier from Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute introduces participants to the tasting and passes on his knowledge of the rich French vineyard. The opportunity to discover over three days the basics of tasting and what is at the origin of the quality of French wines: Terroir, grape varieties, tradition and know-how of winegrowers.

Course duration: 3 days

Total hours:
21 hours + 1 hour for the distribution of participation certificates and photos
Day 1, 2 et 3 – 9 am - 5 pm - lunch: 1h. Last day - 5 pm – 6 pm: Participation certificate

Tuition fee:
The fees include welcome breakfast, lunches and tastings. Utensils and equipment are loaned for the tastings.

Teaching Method:
Workshop based with individual follow-up
Classrooms are equipped with professional equipment

Teaching language:
This course is taught in French and consecutively translated into English.

A Le Cordon Bleu participation certificate will be issued at the end of the training
