Caramel passion fruit candies
The courses are taught in French and translated into English.
An apron, a tea towel and an isothermal bag will be provided during the class.
18 years old minimum.
Le Cordon Bleu reserves the right to modify/cancel the workshop, fees and the organisation of the course.
On the day of their workshop, all participants benefit from a 10% discount on Le Cordon Bleu products at La Boutique (5% for books) in the institute.
