You will learn how to decode the intricacies of chocolate thanks to an original process that provides a visual representation of the different gustatory dimensions.
First discover the modeling techniques for taste in 3D, and then try out the process yourself with the sampling of different chocolates.
Each participant will have the opportunity of building their own representation of taste in 3D!

The conference workshop will be presented by Marielle Ronjon who developed this remarkable new approach to tasting. Marielle is a graduate in Sensory Analysis from the University of Aix-Marseille and she currently manages STUDIO SAVEURS, a training organisation well known in the field of taste.
