Once you learn the diverse types of fish and how to fillet, cook and what to pare it with, it's such a simple and versatile dish to prepare. By mastering the technique of filleting, you can cook saltwater fish with a glaze, marinade or even serve with a simple sauce. In this course, you will learn how to braise halibut and roast seabass.
Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
