Cuisine Technique: Preparing Braised Rabbit

Learn how to perfectly prepare and braise Rabbit in this very hands on course!

The course will also teach you how to prepare a grainy mustard sauce to compliment the Rabbit. Under the guidance of our Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Master Chefs you will create this fresh and fragrant cuisine dish as well as learn how to make fresh pasta! Learn to cook using an abundance of ingredients and techniques.  

Rabbit is a lean game meat, that is delightfully rich as well as a great meal for those chilly winter nights ahead.

Workshop:

Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques.

Afterwards you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef in our state-of-the art professional cuisine kitchen.

Pro Tip: Bring containers to take your creations home!
