Freshwater Fish


If you can cook a freshwater fish fillet, you can have a healthy, easy dish put together in no time!

Once you learn the diverse types of freshwater fish, you will learn how to fillet, cook and prepare trout. By mastering the technique of filleting, you can cook freshwater trout with our special glaze, marinade or simple sauce recipes. In this course, you will learn how to roast trout to perfection.


Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare special fish recipes with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
