              Experience the culinary wonders of Provence cuisine!

              The flavours of Provence are defined by its landscape and climate. With its strong Mediterranean influence, you’ll be cooking with ingredients such as olive oil, rich spices, fish and lavender. The French region of Provence, is also known for its fish and shellfish dishes. In this class, you will learn how to make an escabèche of snapper and aioli.


              Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special Provence recipes with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
