It’s Seafood Saturday at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa!
Learn the techniques to cleaning, preparing and cooking crustaceans. Crustaceans are more commonly known as lobster, crab, prawns and crayfish. Once you’ve learned how to cook your first batch of crustaceans, you will see just how easy it is to enjoy these delectable in your own kitchen. In this course, you will be preparing gourmet crustacean-infused dishes with our cuisine Chef experts.
Observe, take notes, and ask questions as our Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chefs prepare their special recipe with their master techniques in our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
