Quick bread is any bread leavened with items other than yeast or eggs. You'll be learning how to make scones, financiers, lemon cakes and more!
Demo: Observe, make notes, and ask questions as one of our world-renowned chefs prepares each recipe and shares special tips and techniques of preparation.
Practical: Follow the chef into one of our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
