Advance your culinary education with the most prestigious and comprehensive programme the Grand Diplôme! The diploma is earned when students successfully complete the Basic, Intermediate and Superior courses in both Cuisine and Pastry. In addition, students will earn a Diplôme de Cuisine and a Diplôme de Pâtisserie. This accredited diploma is awarded after nine months of full-time study.

Develop your pastry skills and creative flair! Courses range from basic through to advanced techniques in boutique style desserts and French delicacies, all taught by our classically trained chef instructors. DISCOVER THE ART OF BOULANGERIE

Develop your baking techniques! The art and craft of Boulangerie is a much-needed skill in the world of baking and our programmes provide an outlet to service the ever-increasing worldwide demand. As a result, we have introduced a specialized programme designed to focus on the skilled techniques mastered by the French so many years. Students will learn to create classical bread doughs, viennoiserie, puff pastries, sourdoughs and much more.

ABOUT OUR CAMPUS

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute is Canada's only campus, located in the heart of the countries picturesque capital city.  The Ottawa campus was the first campus outside of Europe. Every year, students from all over the world, representing more than 100 nationalities, attend our campus to share a common bond in their passion for the culinary arts.

The main objective of our programmes is to cultivate a practical knowledge, appreciation and respect of French culinary techniques at the service of world cuisine. Our programmes are designed to provide students with an opportunity to develop their culinary skills through a hands-on practical approach in state-of-the-art kitchens under the mentorship of our world class Chefs.
