Develop your knife skills under the guidance of a Le Cordon Bleu world-renowned chef and see the difference it will make in your kitchen. This session, you will focus on deboning a chicken leg, chopping vegetables and how to sharpen knifes like a professional chef.
Observe, take notes, and ask questions as one of our world-renowned chefs shares their techniques and special tips to sharpen your knife skills in the kitchen.
Follow the chef into one of our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at slicing with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
