Dish up an entrée, main and dessert inspired by Julia Child’s classic recipes. Julia, one of Le Cordon Bleu’s most famous alumni, earned her Diplôme de Cuisine in 1951, still to this day her recipes are used around the world. The course will cover some of Julia’s’ famous recipes including; poached eggs salad, salmon and petoncles terrine, crème caramel.
Observe, make notes, and ask questions as one of our world-renowned chefs prepares each recipe and shares special tips and techniques of preparation.
Follow the chef into one of our state-of-the art professional kitchens. Here, you can try your hand at creating the recipes with plenty of one-on-one guidance from the chef.
Pro Tip: Bring containers to take food home; otherwise these items will be on sale at our onsite boutique.
