Le Cordon Bleu Professional Learning introduces a range of specialised courses in hospitality & gastronomy. Participants can undertake courses of interest or complete a Le Cordon Bleu Professional Certificate certified by La Fondation Le Cordon Bleu
, an internationally recognised training body.
Our commitment to quality, continuing education offers study options for professionals, business people, organisations and individuals seeking alternative and exciting career and development outcomes, as well as avenues for lifestyle learning.
For the first time our courses are offered in a fully online format. Similar to 'professional development' Le Cordon Bleu adopts the name 'professional learning' to denote a strong educational focus with an emphasis on applied learning in business settings with practical outcomes for participants.
Participants can select individual units to customise their course of study (leading to a La Fondation
Professional Certificate) or can simply take units for personal and professional interest.
Residentials and on campus 'intensives' will also be offered for some topics.
Course Structure - Professional Certificate
To be eligible for the award of Le Cordon Bleu Professional Certificate (Gastronomy) a participant shall successfully complete no less than thirty two credit points consisting of 100 hours minimum tuition.
Participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for each unit of study successfully completed.
Participants who successfully complete the requirements for the Professional Certificate will receive a La Fondation Professional Certificate parchment recognising their achievement.
Each Professional Certificate represents the attainment of relevant skills, contemporary knowledge and the capacity to apply both, in real business contexts, in order to achieve measurable, practical and worthwhile outcomes.
There are a number of units that participants can select to customise their course of study.
