Our culinary team will be delighted to accommodate your needs and provide you with an unforgettable dining experience tailored to your preferences.
Reservations: Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa only accepts bookings through Eventbrite platform and customers are advised to book well in advance to secure a table. This means you avoid disappointment as we are unable to accommodate those without a reservation.
Service Duration: We kindly request that guests aim to complete their dining experience within 1.5 hours. This will allow us to accommodate all our valued patrons, as we have a second seating. Your cooperation in adhering to this timeframe is greatly appreciated.

Korean Temple Food Demonstration & Thai Cuisine Experience Events

Last month Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa was busy hosting a number of events including the Korean Temple Food Demonstration & Tasting event as well as the Thai Cuisine Experience!

Guests were treated to recipe demonstrations, insider knowledge on specific food pre as well as tasting the finished dishes and getting to ask the chef's questions.

Thank you to Cultural Corps of Korean Buddhism, Korea Culture Centre Canada and Ven. Sunjae of the Jogye Order for the insightful temple food demonstration.

Thank you to Chef T from Niagara's Finest Thai for hosting the Thai cuisine experience and to the Royal Thai Embassy and Thai Trade Centre for choosing our campus to host such an incredible event.

Heritage tomato, honey and mustard onion polenta tart

This tart base uses polenta which keeps it very short with a crunchy texture. The use of marmite creates an intense savoury flavour which contrasts the sweet onion and heritage tomato topping.


First intake is October 2nd, 2023

This Diploma focuses on crafting dishes solely from plants, providing a creative repertoire of product knowledge, skills, and recipes. Within the programme students will explore a wide range of vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, grains and pulses, gaining expert knowledge on ingredient varieties and innovative culinary uses. The programme has been designed to provide specialised culinary education for the growing demand for vegan, vegetarian and plant-based restaurants and products.
