With the arrival of Christmas, our short courses will get the special Christmas theme. Among the Workshops and Demonstration and Practice courses, this year we will have the L'atelier du Pain, Cuisine du Marché, Fusion of Brazilian and French cuisines, Cuisine des Amis, Vin & Fromages, Viennoiserie, Dessert Course, Macaron and Christmas. The courses start from R $ 809 and will take place between November 21st and December 21st.

Intensive Cuisine and Patisserie Classes (Basic)

There are few seats for our intensive Cuisine and Pâtisserie (Basic) courses starting in November:

- From January 06th - 2020 to February 14th - 2020.

Both will last for a month and a half and with them students learn techniques that can be adapted to any kitchen in any country or region. The classes take place every day from 08h to 15h and have special installment conditions.
