Hautes Etudes du Goût - Graduation ceremony On October 17, 2016 took place the graduation ceremony for the University Diploma in Taste, Gastronomy and the Art of Fine Dining (DUGGAT) for those who successfully completed the 2015 session. This programme, known as the Advanced Studies in Taste, or Hautes Études du Goût is designed to teach the scientific, cultural, sociological and economic aspects of taste, gastronomy and the art of fine dining. |
