It is with great pleasure that we announce we are open since July 3rd and welcoming back out students for their education with world-class chef instructors at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. During the pandemic we provided our existing students with complimentary online classes, and taken all the necessary measures to make our campus safe and healthy for everyone. Yannick Anton, Executive Chef of The Signatures Restaurant, Teaching Culinary Management

We are proud to announce that Yannick Anton will be teaching the Diploma in culinary Management program at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, a program for aspiring food business owners, managers and entrepreneurs to learn skills needed to run a successful culinary function. Chef Yannick Anton has worked with many Michelin star restaurants, helped structure culinary management for a variety of hospitality companies and prepared dinners for many heads of the state around the world. He is the Executive Chef of The Signatures Restaurant since 2006.

Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa's Chef-Instructor Nicolas Belorgey shares his "Strawberry Cranberry Barquette Memories" dessert recipe on the May-June 2020 edition of Le Journal Du Patissier, one of the most influencial pastry magazines in the world. He says "I wanted to offer an indulging pastry, simple and easy to eat, bringing back childhood memories."
